What’s it all about?

Trail with a Tale is presented by Demelza Charity in partnership with Wild in Art. Over the summer of 2025, a band of hare and tortoise sculptures will form a unique, family-friendly outdoor trail in Royal Tunbridge Wells. There will be 30 stunning sculptures, each individually designed by local artists, accompanied by smaller sculptures, decorated by schools, colleges and community groups. The large sculptures will be auctioned off following the trail for Demelza, creating a lasting legacy.

Our trail will bring together local communities for an event that will positively contribute to the economic, cultural and social life of the area. If you’re interested in being a sponsor, we have packages to suit everyone! These can be tailored to suit your objectives, and will help to drive customers to your door and strengthen partnerships across the area.
